Welcome to the vendor application process for Cottage Grove’s Oktoberfest event on September 26, 2026. South Valley Farmers Market (SVFM) will be handling all vendors at the event. You'll access the application via our MarketWurks portal by clicking the link below. If you've vended with SVFM before you can choose to renew your application. All new vendors please continuing reading below for more information before submitting your application.
Joining SVFM is not required, but you should consider doing so if you are interested in vending at other outdoor Saturday markets or at the Winter Markets at the Armory (Nov 21, Dec 5. Dec 19); If interested in a membership the fee to join is $50/year.
Weekly booth fees for each 10x10 space:
-Members: $40 Oktoberfest, $20/regular Saturday Markets May - Oct.
-Drop-in vendors: $80 Oktoberfest, $40/regular Saturday Markets May - Oct.
Note: All vendors are required to obtain liability insurance. The insurance policy must name South Valley Farmers Market as a co-insured.
